The venue for ESIM 2010 was the Brighton
and Sussex Medical School on the University of Sussex campus.
Accommodation and catering was provided on the campus. The University of Sussex can be reached by public transport easily
from all major London Airports, London Gatwick Airport is only about
30 minutes to Brighton by train.
Brighton is called the ‘City by the Sea’ for
good reason. You can tell you are at the seaside from the moment you
arrive, from the salty air and the seagulls wheeling overhead to the
barrage of feel-good cafés and bars that line the sloping streets.
If you want to experience music or clubbing, comedy or candyfloss,
rollercoaster rides or regal architecture – Brighton has everything
to offer. No wonder almost eight million people flock here every
year.
