Commentary

This year’s course evaluation is very positive both for the scientific programme and the social events which helped to bring residents together as a group. The individual scores for lectures, case presentations, CPCs, and workshops were good and very similar to the responses last year.

This year, for the first time, we offered residents the opportunity to bring a poster to be presented at the poster session. This scored less well, but this may have been due to the fact that only 5 posters were presented, and we will discuss whether to develop this more next year.

My thanks to everyone for your positive contribution to the success of ESIM 2010 in Brighton.
